Beginner's Guide to Model Railroading

You have come to the end of this workshop. It's time to get your beautifully printed 8-1/2” x 11” workshop certificate that you can proudly frame and display on your wall for all your friends to see.

All that's left to do is to take the fun quiz for this workshop and submit it to Sinterklaas Station. Just follow these simple instructions:

1. Go to the Fun Quiz Website.
2. On the Login page, enter your email address. Make sure your email address is correct.
3. Click on the Start button to access the quiz. Answer all the questions.
4. After completing the quiz, click on the Submit button. Your quiz grade will appear.
5. If you did not pass the quiz, click on the Logout button. The Login page will re-appear.
6. Enter your email address again and retake the quiz.

When Sinterklaas Station receives your fun quiz with a passing grade, your certificate will be emailed to you. Print the certificate, frame it, and proudly display it.

Building a great model railroading layout requires time, patience, and dedicated effort. But your hard work is rewarded with a sense of pride. You begin with an empty train table, then add tracks and buildings, tunnels and bridges, and run locomotives pulling long trains of all kinds of rolling stock. Soon, you are operating a complete railroading empire that began with a dream. By completing this railroading workshop, you now know what you have to do to make that dream come true from building your first train table to operating a complete railroading empire.
