Our nonfiction Railroading Digests contain URL addresses that take readers to websites and video presentations that provide more information about the topics covered in the books. Recent surveys show that kids like the idea of reading paper books that take them to fun websites to learn more about the subjects covered. The staff at Sinterklaas Station screens all websites to ensure they are appropriate for kids. Each Railroading Digest is divided into sections that provide "bite-sized" amounts of information about the main topics covered, and each section concludes with a fun quiz that enhances and reinforces the child's comprehension of the subject matter. An example of a Railroading Digest is titled Steam Locomotives Digest.

Short Story Readers

Although our fictional Short Story Readers are written for entertainment, they often include factual information about the settings and environments in which the characters of the stories find themselves and provide rich background flavors to promote and enhance the reader's enjoyment. All Sinterklaas Station books are returnable for credit or refund. Books must be returned in resaleable condition. Books returned in the following conditions cannot be accepted: Glossy book covers that are scratched, folded or dog-eared; interior pages that contain writing, highlighting or other marks; dog-eared or damaged pages. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Books that are damaged in shipment to the buyer are replaceable. Please take a picture of the damaged mailer and book, and contact Sinterklaas Station prior to returning the book for a Return Authorization Number.
